What do I do if I have made a mistake in the registration number?

If you input the wrong number or make a typo when inputting the registration number in the ‘GET REPORT’ box on the main homepage of our website, simply go back to the homepage, delete the number and try again by inputting the correct reg and verifying that the vehicle identity details displayed on the resulting page correspond with the vehicle you are interested in.
