Can you check if the engine was replaced in the car?

  • Could mean there are more issues with the vehicle.
  • By finding out the engine has been replaced, you could find something else that isn’t that obvious that could have popped up in a few thousand miles.

Make sure to ask for receipts, warranties, where the engine was replaced and why the engine was replaced. If they can’t tell you these things, we would recommend not to purchase the vehicle.
